Settlement Summary

Rusnak BMW will cease marketing after-market wheels as optional equipment on new BMW vehicles.

Rusnak BMW will provide a non-transferable voucher to each class member, which is valid between August 11, 2005 and August 11, 2009.  This voucher can be redeemed at Rusnak BMW for either (1) $400 toward the purchase or lease of a new BMW, or (2) $200 toward service or repair of any vehicle, or for the purchase of part, accessories, or authorized merchandise.  Should you choose to use the voucher for the purchase or lease of a new BMW, you need not disclose the voucher until the final price has been agreed.
